Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations
You can stop using the Service and request removal of your Telegram notifications configuration at any time. Our plans do not auto-renew, so you do not need to cancel active subscriptions to prevent future charges. Once a subscription period ends, the Service will automatically stop sending notifications unless you choose to make a new manual payment.
2. Refunds (14-Day Money-Back Guarantee)
In accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms, we offer a 14-day refund policy. If you are not completely satisfied with ImmoFlash, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. This applies to all of our plans, including the 7-day trial and the standard 30-day or 90-day subscriptions.
Refund requests made after the 14-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be approved under the following conditions:
- Service Downtime: If our scraper or server experiences severe technical downtime exceeding 48 consecutive hours during your active subscription.
- Accidental Double Payment: If you paid twice for the same subscription period due to a payment gateway error (the extra amount will be refunded in full).
3. Compliance and Exclusions
Our refund policy is designed to be fully transparent and compliant with the consumer protection standards of our merchant of record, Paddle. There are no processing fees deducted from refunds requested within the 14-day window.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you wish to request a refund within your 14-day window, please send a request to our support via Telegram: ImmoFlash Support or email support details. Please provide:
- Your Telegram Username or Chat ID.
- The date and time of your payment.
- The receipt or invoice number from Paddle.
- A brief description of why you are requesting a refund (optional, to help us improve the service).
All valid refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method.
